 Follow their Texas Pick-emup design here as it takes on reality.  Rolling chassis.  The floor cut will be here; note the bracing which many disregard.    Swap in an Aerostar crossmember front axle suspension for F100. A stout weldment kit of 3/16" plate & 3/4" bolts w/lock washers. Designed for 48-64 F100 but will also fit 4X2 channel or tube frame of 34" wide. A 3" drop is evident with a 8" drop possible. Yes, another 2" gain available from burying frame in Aerostar.
